I gave you my favourite recipe<\/a> last year and I’ve not found anything to beat it yet. If you enjoy the process but don’t have fruit cake fans in your house then make 24 miniature cakes using two greased muffin tins. I’d bake for around 40 minutes but keep your eye on them.
