The frankly divine Allison Sadler is at it again with her #freeupmyinsta Instagram challenge. Allison’s goal is for everyone to be free to be themselves, celebrate it and share it. It’s about being yourself and brave. I’ve linked to this before but this piece she wrote about freedom from the peonies<\/a> says it all.<\/p>\n

This one is a 14-day challenge and the prompts are below. The thing is, my Instagram is pretty free but Allison has a way of nudging you in a different direction.<\/p>\n

I read the prompts and thought I want to write about them. I have too much to say about these brilliant things than I can convey in a photo. Some people can. I see amazing shots that show me exactly who people are and what they love that make my\u00a0heart swell. I’m not sure I can do that. But I can write. I can write and write and write. I haven’t been writing because life got tough. Then life got tougher because I wasn’t writing. I need to write and Allison has inspired me. For the next 14 days, slightly behind schedule I will be writing about all the prompts and posting them here. With added tunes. See life is yours to do as want. Follow that fizzy feeling. Allison and I will be cheering you on.<\/p>\n
