Inspiration comes from all sources. While mindlessly scrolling through Instagram I spotted a picture of Jeff Goldblum on the Vanity Fair<\/a> feed. It’s a great picture but the caption said that his daily mantra is “accept, enjoy, enthuse”. Well!<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

What a mantra! It’s not a wimpy one, is it? It’s not pessimistic like “this too shall pass”. It’s not hackneyed. It’s boss.\u00a0We all have something that we say to ourselves to perk us up, pull us through or soothe us. Every now and again it’s worth checking that it still works and that you are speaking to yourself kindly. Make sure you have a mantra that puts pep in your step, steel in your soul and smile\u00a0on your chops.<\/p>\n

I’m nicking it. It’s perfect. It reminds you that you will deal with loads of stuff you can’t change so you need to accept it. Once you’ve accepted your situation you can find joy in it. When you’ve found the joy you can share it. Fizzy ignites fizzy and I’m all about that.<\/p>\n
