My woman crush Allison Sadler will be starting round three of her #freeupmyinsta Instagram challenge. I’ve written about this before and I will again kindly shepherd you to Allison’s own post<\/a> on this.<\/p>\n

Now I love Instagram. Heart it hard but I don’t want it flog me things or be overly stylised. I understand that there is always a certain artifice to what people post but the best pictures I have are candid moments that can never be recaptured, not posed. The same goes for Instagram. It is at its best when it’s whatever captures your eye at that moment.<\/p>\n

What I have loved the most about the last two challenges is discovering accounts that I’d never usually come across and the sense of community. Give Allison a follow and join in.<\/p>\n
