I have been spoilt rotten at Christmas for years and it&#8217;s been brilliant. From Barbies to bubble bath I&#8217;ve enjoyed all of it.\u00a0This year, things are different. I don&#8217;t want stuff. I have everything I need. What I want is fun. Loads of it!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This year I have asked my beloved husband to learn Michael McDonald&#8217;s lyrics from <a href=\"spotify:track:7KsXSnQc8qdeBSOnTM5Vvn\">On My Own<\/a>,\u00a0his ballad with Patti LaBelle. Why? So we can perform it at the family lip sync battle on Christmas day, obviously. With Fizzy microphones. The monkeys have been warned and they better come prepared because I lip sync to win people.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>(I am so lucky that he married me because not many people would take my nutty requests in their stride.
