Lush Spa<\/a>. I hadn’t thought about going to Lush because I associate spa treatments with posh hotels and Groupon vouchers.\u00a0I am not the ideal spa customer. I have a strong aversion to the usual plinky plonky music of spas, my bullshit detector screams when someone mentions toxins and if anyone tries to flog me magic\u00a0anti-ageing\u00a0bum lifting juice I swear uncontrollably.\u00a0The Lush experience is totally different.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n
I had the Synaesthesia treatment which is a massage treatment that involves all your senses. It’s tailored to each person and the information you get about it beforehand is deliberately limited so you experience it completely.<\/p>\n

I wouldn’t spoil the experience for anyone but I can recommend it whole heartedly. For such an immersive experience there is no waffle, whale noise or pressure. It’s a fantastic massage, in a great space, from warm talented people. I left feeling relaxed, spaced out and lighter of heart and mind.
