So I write about just the positive things and I’m writing about no. Saying no. No!<\/p>\n

There are a load of cliches about saying no and I don’t want to add to the mountain of them so I won’t. Instead I’ll say this. If saying yes makes you feel shitty, uncomfortable or resentful, then say no. It doesn’t matter what the no is to – dinner with Tom Hardy, free tickets to New York, diamonds, a favour – no one else defines what deserves your yes.<\/p>\n

It’s difficult but it’s a skill and you need it. It will save you.<\/p>\n
