That&#8217;s when it pays to explore your local area. <a href=\"http:\/\/nortonpriory.org\/\">Norton Priory <\/a>is a 30 minute drive from here and it&#8217;s a huge chunk of local history that&#8217;s a great way to lose an afternoon. You can see the progression from 12th century priory through Tudor times and upheaval of the Reformation to it&#8217;s transformation to Georgian splendour. \u00a0And who doesn&#8217;t want to visit the National Collection \u00a0of Quince?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It is truly beautiful and a true insight into how the country has changed in 900 years.
