Jimmy Malone James is eight months old and in need of chums. He loves being with other dogs but he’s an overexcited puppy and a little too much for some owners and their mutts.
On a walk he wants to play with everyone. He does not understand that some people are not dog people. He doesn’t understand that some dogs are not dog dogs. He just wants to be fussed by everyone, ever, twice.
The beloved and I are thinking about getting another dog for him to play with but life is hectic enough at the moment so I had an idea. I needed to book a dog walker for when we go away as I really don’t want my Mum dragged through the woods by a manic mini schnauzer on the chum hunt. He’d be going on a group walk with five other dogs for zoomies and frolicking. What was to stop him going on that group walk once a week so he could make friends? Like the dog equivalent of going for a few pints once a week. He’d learn to be sociable and run off some energy.
I called Bryce at Furry Cross The Mersey. I’d arranged to use his company with our last dog but unfortunately, Brinkley had behavioural problems and wasn’t safe with the monkeys so it didn’t work out.
Bryce is brilliant. He loves animals, Malone adores him. He’s really kind and calm. Malone is growing in confidence with his dog gang and I know that he’s safe in good hands. Fizziness is a happy puppy.
