Leading on from my post yesterday about breakfast, it follows that I am an egg fan. The Rutger Hauer Lurpak ad about the intrepid fridge forager spoke to me on a deep and important level.
I spotted the Egg Shop book on Erica Davies’ Instagram and had to have a copy. An impulse buy yes but one I have been swooning over. As well as egg basics, from knowing your eggs to poaching, it’s got recipes for sauces, sandwiches and cocktails to pair with your eggs. I am in love.
